Hi, I'm Yannik! I love to develop and transfer innovative ideas into great digital applications. My ambition lies in collaborative solutions for real-world problems provided by my creative and technical skillset - even for the most unpromising obstacles.

I've recently finished my Master's degree in Computer Science, where I focussed on cybersecurity and blockchain. During my studies, I designed several cryptographic protocols and implemented them prototypical, but also researched in the area of human-computer interaction and medical visualization. Simultaneously, I co-founded the startup ditCraft - a deep-tech platform that connects software companies with external developers, enabling them to activate software excellence through novel scientific advancements.

It's in my philosophy to have a positive impact through my work. Pushing and diminishing technical boundaries, both practical and in theory, is what keeps me going. My projects have to operate in the space of innovative technology and either increase efficiency by digitalization and automation or be for the greater good in the area of sustainability.

As a side gig, I favor to help out family, friends, and neighbors with their website requirements or whatever their digital heart requires. If time allows it, I like to hit the gym or go for a swim, practice self-education through literature, try out different financial instruments, ghost around on social media or fight for survival in Apex Legends.
